临床实践教学质量控制系统的思考与实践

摘要 临床实践教学质量控制系统实际上是采用科学的方法和手段,对临床实践教学过程进行全面设计、组织实施和检查评价,以保证能够实现预期教学目标的闭环控制系统。从临床实践教学质量影响因素看质量控制需坚持全面性、全员性、全过程性和全局性等原则,在此基础上构建质量控制系统模式。多年临床实践教学质量控制实践结果表明,全面、有效的控制是维持系统稳定、实现预期教学目标的有效途径。 The quality control system of clinical instruction is to ensure the achievement of the expected results of teaching by adopting scientific methods and means to design, conduct and evaluate a clinical course. Having considered the factors affecting the quality of teaching, the authors of this paper maintain that the control system should be built up on the principle of all roundness and comprehensiveness. And what has come out of the clinical instruction in Jiangsu University in recent years shows that a complete and effective control is a practicable way to maintain the stability of the system and achieve the desired results of teaching.
