A hierarchy of lattice soliton equations and its Hamiltonian structure associated with a 4×4 matrix spectral problem are obtained. The technology of symbolic computation is applied in the computing process to avoid trivial computations. The program of symbolic computation of Hamiltonian mathematic software composition is given.
