稳定自由基存在下苯乙烯聚合增速剂的研究

摘要 研究了稳定自由基存在下苯乙烯的活性聚合.发现在少量丙二腈(MN)存在下,苯乙烯聚合速率显著增加,但分子量控制差;若少量丙二腈和联吡啶混合作为增速剂,既较大地提高苯乙烯活性聚合的速率,又较好地控制了分子量. Living free radical polymerizations of styrene are studied with the initiator of benzoyl peroxide in the presence of TEMPO(2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidinyl-1-oxy). Malononitrile(MN) is another additive that has the greatest rate-accelerating effect on styrene living radical polymerization we have seen.However,one drawback is that the molecular weight can not be controlled well in the presence of MN.The experimental data show that when the molar ratio of bpy to TEMPO is 2/1 and MN to TEMPO is 2.5/1, the mixture not only enhancs the styrene polymerization rates, but also gives a better control on molecular weight and polydispersity.
