对"人道主义干涉"从正当性和合法性两个角度进行了论述。所谓的"人道主义干涉"既不具有正当性,也找不到能证明其合法性的法律依据,而只会给国际社会带来更多不安定因素,并不能真正实现保护人权的目的。

This article debates the legitimacy and legality of Humanitarian Intervention, points out that Humanitarian Intervention can't meet the standard of legitimacy and legality and will bring more unstable factors to international society and can't realize the purpose of protecting human right.
