随着数字技术和互联网技术的发展,数字图书馆已成为传统图书馆的发展方向,这与社会 经济的发展是相适应的。数字图书馆的出现并不是对传统图书馆的否定,两者之间存在着 相互依赖、相互促进、相互补充、共同发展的关系。

With the improvement of the digital technolgies and internet,building digital libraries has become the developing trend of traditional libraries, which fits in the development of social economy. This kind of libraries appearing is not against traditional library. There are velations of coexisting each other depending on each other, promoting each other, adding to each other and developing by all between them.
