摘要
盆栽花卉之一大岩桐 ,以其叶腋分生的微茎尖为外植体进行诱导培养 ,经过多组合培养基对比试验 ,筛选出各培养阶段最适宜的培养基配方 :诱导分化 ,MS +6BA 0 16mg/L+IAA 0 0 4mg/L;继代增殖 ,MS +6BA0 5mg/L+NAA 0 2mg/L;生根培养 ,1/2MS +NAA 0 6mg/L。
Gloxinia one of pot flowers,derived by using its axillary bud through the comparative test of multi combination substratum,to choose the best formula of every substratum:derving dissociation:MS+6BA 0 16 mg/L +IAA 0 04 mg/L ;sub reproduction:MS+6BA 0 5 mg/L +NAA 0 2 mg/L ;root culture:1/2 MS+NAA 0 6 mg/L .
