教师是教育过程的实施者 ,在整个教育系统运行中居于主导地位 ,对我国教育改革的成功和培养综合性素质人才目标的实现 ,起着极其重要的作用。其中 ,教师需要、需要的实现程度及其科学的管理 ,关系着教师在教育过程中的主导地位和作用能否真正地确立和有效地发挥。以需要的基本理论为依据 ,分析了教师需要的特点 ,提出了构建积极有效的教师管理机制的原则和方法。

As the performer of teaching process,the teacher plays a leading role for the whole educational system and also plays a very important role for the success of Chinese education reform and for achieving the aim of training qualified talents.So the needs by the teachers,the degree of meeting their needs and its scientific management are the key factors to let them give full scope in teaching.
