Put Forward the Quality-oriented Education in Full Scale According to the Tendency of Employment

介绍了我院通过以就业为导向 ,以职业能力培养为核心 ,全面推进素质教育 ,解决农业高职生源素质参差不齐和社会需求标准不断提高的突出矛盾 ,为建设农村小康社会 ,培养新型农业高职人才的主要做法和体会。

This paper mainly discuss our college put forward the quality\|oriented education in full scale by regarding the employment as the guide and training the ability of working as the core.Doing this to solve the contradiction between the lower quality of the students and the higher standard of talents which needed by the society.It also talks about some methods and personal understanding of training new type high\|vocational talents.
