The Nature of Teachers' Further Education: Innovative Quality Education

教师继续教育的现状对教师创新素质培养构成某种反向力,对此,笔者从时代要求和教师继续教育本身所固有的价值取向出发,阐述注重教师创新素质的培养、大力加强教师继续教育的必要性及其策略。

The statue quo of teachers' further education, to some extent, goes against the innovative quality education of the teachers. On the basis of the requirement of the time and the value of teachers' further education, this paper expounds the necessity and tactics of teachers further education.
