On the 16th Conference of CPC Representatives, Jiang Zemin pointed out that faced with various cultures in the world, we must regard fostering national spirit as a vitally important task of cultural development with aim to have all Chinese people keep an enterprising spirit all along. His speech revealed the tremendous effects and great significance of national spirit to the advance, development and prosperity of China.
