摘要
一个项目的成功,是项目管理人员精心组织管理和艰苦创造的结果。项目成本管理是决定企业能否在激烈的市场竞争中站稳脚跟的关键,而项目成本管理的关键是实现成本过程控制,每个步骤的管理活动过程,都应是计划、实施、检查、处理的循环过程。不同类型的项目,工程不论大小,其项目成本控制的重要性应当是一致的,本文从施工前、施工中以及施工后几个阶段诸项管理措施来阐述项目成本的过程控制。
A project is successful because the project supervisors hav e managed it elaborately and have run it well. The management of project cost is t he key for the success of an enterprise that joins in the market competition. Ho wever, achieving cost process control is the key of project cost management. Man agement process in every step should be a rotative process that contains the fol lowings: plan, execute, check and dispose. All kinds of projects, whether it is great or small, the importance of its project cost control should be same. In th is paper, we will illuminate the process control of project cost from the manage ment measures that applied in the following steps: pre-construction, construct ion and post-construction.
