高等院校校办企业存在产权不清、权责不明、校企不分、规模小而分散的弊端。改革中又遇到无形资产比重大,高校缺乏资金投入及企业分流难的问题。只有按照现代企业制度整合校办企业资源,建立新型、独立的市场主体,稳妥处理职工分流,校办企业才会发展。
