中国目前的失业情况比较严重,显性失业与隐性失业并存,结构性失业与体制性失业叠加,劳动力供求总量矛盾突出,城镇劳动力与农村劳动力构成双重压力。同样是针对青年失业的状况,欧盟各国采取了不少有效的治理措施,一些做法值得我国借鉴。
