摘要
对党外干部实职安排应以全局性、战略性、前瞻性的眼光进行审视,在认真分析干部人事制度改革给 党外干部实职安排工作带来机遇和挑战的基础上,研究和提出有针对性的、符合改革方向的对策和措施。
All-round, strategic and perspective foresight should be cast on the actual post arrangement for non-party cadres. Facing the opportunity and challenge brought about by personnel reform, measures fitting with the direction of reform should be searched and taken for the actual post arrangement for non-party cadres.
