摘要
联合国贸法会正在审议的《运输法草案》对权利转让问题专列了一章予以规定。本文对于该章中的有关规定应如何理解 ,该章之规定仍存在哪些不足 ,如何修改等问题 。
The issues of the transfer of rights are fully prescribed by the Transport Law in Chapter 12, which is now being discussed by UNCITRAL. This thesis discusses how to understand the true meaning of some concepts appeared in Chapter 12, and gives some comments on Chapter 12.
