本文以《民事诉讼法》和最高人民法院《关于民事诉讼证据的若干规定》为基础 ,结合其他国家的立法和判例 ,分析了鉴定结论的性质和程序启动 。

Based on the Civil Procedural Law of the P.R.China and the Relevant Regulations of Civil Evidence promulgated by the Supreme Court of the PRC, this paper focuses on the nature of expert's conclusion, the startup of the survey procedure and the appraisal standard for it in the judicial proceedings.
