摘要
审判人员的职务犯罪已严重危害着我国法治化进程,研究分析审判人员职务犯罪在新形势下的新特点,才能从根本上对审判人员职务犯罪行为的滋生和扩张加以有效控制,警示具有潜在心理的其他审判人员,健全和完善廉洁自律的法治体系。
Duty crime of judges has seriously harmed the course of rule by law of our country. We research and analyze its new characteristics in a new situation so as to control increase and spread of criminal offense of duty crime efficiently, at the same time, aiming at warning other judges with latent psychology and perfecting legal system.
