输尿管镜下气压弹导碎石术治疗输尿管中下段结石(附187例报告)

Treatment of middle and lower ureteric stone by ureteroscope(A report of 187 cases)

目的 对187例轻输尿管镜下气压弹导碎石术治疗中下段输尿管结石的分析及探讨。方法 采用直接进镜法对187例中下段输尿管结石患者进行经输尿管镜下气压弹导碎石治疗。结果 187年例患者经输尿管镜成功取出结石170例,成功率90.8％。4例患者术中出现输尿管穿孔,粘膜撕脱,手术并发症为2.3％。结论 输尿管镜下气压弹导碎石术(URL)是治疗输尿管中下段结石的微创方法,取石成功率高,并发症低,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical experience in the treatment of 187 cases of middle and lower ureteric stones by ureteroscope. Methods 187 cases of middle and lower ureteric stones by direct insertion under a ureteroscopic swiss lithoclast. Results Among 187 cases, the sucessful ureteroscopic lithotripsy accounted for 170 cases, the sucessful rates were 90. 8%. 4 cases of ureteric perforation and mucosal avulsion during intraoperation. The operative complication rates were 2 - 3%. Conclusion Ureteroscopic lithotripsy is very effective and minimally invasive in the treatment of middle and lower ureteric stones.
