张力性纵隔气肿的治疗体会

Therapeutic experience of 10 cases of mediastinal tension emphysema

目的 总结张力性纵隔气肿的病因、诊断和治疗。方法 本组共收治张力性纵隔气肿患者10例,均行纵隔切开引流术。结果 全组无手术死亡,均康复出院。结论 早期正确的诊断和治疗是成功抢救张力性纵隔气肿的关键,纵隔切开引流术是治疗张力性纵隔气肿的有效方法。

Objective To summarize the cause, diagnosis and treatment of mediastinal tension emphysema. Methods 10 patients with mediastinal tension emphysema were treated by mediastinotomy and drainage. Results No patient died during the operation. They recovered and discharged totally. Conclusion It is the key to make correct diagnosis and treatment in the early stage for the rescue of mediastinal tension emphysema. The mediastinotomy and drainage is an effective method to treat mediastinal tension emphysema.
