老年人腰椎间盘突出症的手术治疗

Surgical treatment of the lumbar disc herniation in elderly patients

目的探讨老年人腰椎间盘突出症的手术治疗方法及疗效。方法从1996年1月～2001年12月,对69例老年人腰椎间盘突出症患者采用不同的手术方法摘除髓核并作回顾性分析。其中施行后路扩大开窗术8例,半椎板切除术10例,以及全椎板切除术51例。结果在获得随访的52例中,平均随访时间为25个月,优良率是88%。结论老年人腰椎间盘突出症的治疗应根据其病变的特点,选择不同的手术方法才可取得优良的治疗效果。

Objective To study the operative methods and therapeutic efficacy of the lumbar disc herni-ation in elderly patients.Methods From January1996to December2001,69patients with lumbar disc hernia-tion who underwent different kinds of surgical procedures to remove the nucleus pulposes were analyzed retro-spectively.Among them,the extended fenestrations of vertebral lamina with posterior approach were done in8cases,hemi-laminectomy was done in10cases and laminectomy was done in51cases.Results52cases were followed up.The average follow-up time was25months.Excellent and good results were88%.Conclusion For taking an excellent efficacy,the different operative mothods should be selected according to the characteristic of lesion in the elderly patients.
