摘要
目的探讨预防和治疗剖腹手术后并发肠粘连的方法。方法回顾分析325例剖腹手术,结合国内、外文献评价透明质酸钠在防治肠粘连的疗效。结果325例手术后患者中,获得随访290例,时间为2个月～46个月,均未发现有肠粘连并发症。结论透明质酸钠是防治肠粘连的有效阻隔剂。
Objective To discuss the prevention and treatment of intestinal adhesion after abdominal operation. Methods From 1999 to 2002,325 cases with abdominal operation were analyzed retrospectively,and combined with a review of recent domestic and foreign literatures to evaluate the clinical efficacy of sod hyaluronic acid. Results 290 of 325 cases with follow up from 2 to 46 months,no complication of intestinal athesion was found after operation. Conclusion Sod hyaluronic acid is a effective separator in the prevention and treatment of intestinal adhesion.
