加压钢板治疗肱骨干骨折疗效观察(附77例报告)

Observation Of curative effect on the humeral shaft fracture with compression plating (A report of 77 Cases)

目的观察77例自动加压钢板治疗肱骨干骨折的疗效。方法按muller分类:A型27例,占35%,B型32例,占41.6%,C型18例,占23.4%。用A0自动加压钢板内固定治疗肱骨干骨折,粉碎性骨折加用钢丝内固定。结果77例肱骨干骨折均治愈,疗效满意。骨折愈合时间:8～16周。讨论加压钢板适用于治疗肱骨干简单骨折,粉碎性骨折及伴有神经、血管损伤的复合骨折。

Objective To observe the efficacy in the treatment of humeral shaft fracture with compression plating(CP). Methods According to the classification of Muller,27 cases(35%)belonged to type A,32 cases(41.6%)belonged to type B,and 18 cases(23.4%)belonged to type C.Internal fixation of AO automatic compression plating was applied to the humeral shaft fracture.In the case of comminuted fractures of humerus,internal fixation of compression plating and steel wires were used. Results 77 cases were cured and satisfactory result was obtained. The healing time of fracture was 8 to 16 weeks in all cases after operation. Conclusion The compression plating is suitable for simple humeral shaft fracture,comininuted and complex fracture associated with vascular and nervous injuries.
