淮北地区水资源开发利用问题的探讨

Discussion on the exploitation of water resources in northern Anhui province

文章针对淮北地区近 1 0余年来井灌面积以每年 2 .67～ 3 .3 3万 hm2的速度递增 ,新打农用机井每年也以 5 0 0 0～ 80 0 0眼的速度发展之趋势 ,就水资源开发利用中的几个争议性问题 。

The irrigation in northern Anhui province has increased in recent 10 years at the rate of 2.67×10 4～3.33×10 4 km 2 per year and some 5 000～8 000 new wells were constructed for irrigation each year. On this background, this paper provides detailed and constructive advice on irrigation engineering and answer to some controversial issues.
