Grasp the Judicial Review of China under the Framework of WTO

入世后 ,WTO的各项规则对我国法制建设产生了深远的影响 ,司法审查就是其中之一。因此 ,必须对司法审查要有一个全面的认识 ,而司法审查的主体、对象、依据在实务界及学术界尚存在一些分歧 ,本文对他们一一进行了透析 。

After the entry into WTO, the various rules of WTO, especially the judicial review, have strong influence on the law construction of our country. So, to the judicial review, we should have an all-round cognition. But in the circles of practice and learning there are still some different opinions of its body, target, and basis,which has been explored in this article. What's more, on the base of it, this article put forward a new imagination of constructing an administrative court in our country.
