关于审判工作机制改革的思考

现行的审判工作机制行政色彩浓厚 ,存在着诸多弊端。建立独立、公平的审判工作机制 ,主要的措施是要全面推行审判长和独任审判员选任制度 ,按照责任原则 ,落实合议庭及独任审判员负责制 ,强化合议庭和法官责任。

The current trial work mechanism has a feature of the administration, which there is a great deal of shortcoming. The independent, fair trial work mechanism should be setted up, its main measure is that we should carry out the empanelling system of the chief judge and independent adjudicator, according to responsible principle, fulfil the responsibility of the collegial panel and independent adjudicator, strengthen the responsibility of the collegial panel and judge.
