Our country is being placed in the s oc ial transformation period,and the number of university stu-dents who break the law is increasing year by year.How to prevent and reduce the university students 'crime,and try to train and bring up them is the most important problem in publ ic order of social development.As a result,it is very necessary to see through t his phenomenon commencing with the social economic source and the thought consci ousness,analyze its deep reason,and establish the counterplans to prevent it.
