摘要
“议行合一”是马克思主义国家学说的重要思想,是中国社会发展的必然选择。“议行合一”政体的基础是人民民主,必须建立一套中国特色的权力制衡机制,才能实现社会主义政治文明。
Combination of legislative an d executive authority'is the important thought of state theory of Marx-ism,and is the inevitable choice of Chinese social development.The base of its system i s People's democracy.In order to realize the socialist political civilization,a set of system of balance of power with Chinese character must be founded.
