我国中小股东股东权保护之我见

Protecting the Rights of Small and Medium Shareholders in China

目前我国对中小股东股东权保护不力。这一状况的存在不仅阻碍了公司的良性发展,而且也从根本上影响了经济的发展和社会的稳定。而现行的《公司法》对此方面的规定却不尽人意。因此,找出立法中的疏漏之处,尽快完善《公司法》,是促进中小股东股东权保护的一条有效途径。

At present, the rights of shareholders, small and medium, are not well protected in China, which not only puts an obstacle to the proper development of companies, but also affects national economy and social stability fundamentally. However, the current Company Act doesn't make any satisfactory rules in this aspect. Thus, to seek out the deficiency in legislation and to perfect Company Act are effective ways to promote protecting the rights of small and medium shareholders.
