Learning organization' is one of the two most advanced management theories in the present world. Its true essence can be summarized as follows: it is an organization in which all the faculty can throw themselves into the continuously-increasing learning power, an organization to enable all staff to lead a meaningful life, an organization to develop oneself and one's capabilities to create the future through diligent learning.
