浅论民主监督与机关管理

On Democratic Surveillance and Administration of Department

本文通过分析我国机关管理目前在民主监督方面存在的问题,探究其原因,并思考机关管理在民主监督方面的变革,提出了机关管理在民主监督科学化制度化规范化进程中的一些对策和措施。

The author analyzes some problems of democracy surveillance in our country's administration of department at present, explores their causes and takes into account the reform in democrocy surveillance. At last the article brings forward some valid ways and countermeasures about democratic surveillance during the process of its development on scientific standardization system.
