高校扩招后,大学教育由精英教育向大众教育发展,生源参差不齐已是一般院校面临的共同问题,高职院校的这种情况尤为突出。面对新形势,怎样转变我们的教育理念,培养出社会需要的合格高职毕业生。文章从高职院校的学生来源着手,探索了一些常规的做法,还进行了一些新的思考。

After universities expand enrollment, universities have transferred from elite education to mass education. Difference in students' capabilities has become a common problem for average universities, esp. in higher vocational schools. Under the new circumstances, how to change our educational conceptions and develop qualified graduates from high vocational schools to meet the needs of the society? This article, from the source of students in higher vocational schools, has probed some routine methods and new thoughts.
