摘要
本文通过分析新时代人才转型的变化趋势,提出商职院各专业教学的新理念:改变教师从而改变学生,以高新素质教师培养出高级应用型商业人才。
Through the analysis of changing tendency in personals' transition in this new age, this presentation puts forward the new notion on the teaching of every major in commercial and vocational colleges-changing the teachers first, then the students, developing senior applied commercial personals with highly qualified teachers.
