积极扩大国内消费需求是目前经济工作的重点,各级政府应该转变观念,努力增加居民收入,加快社会保障制度的建设与完善,积极培育消费热点,大力整顿市场经济秩序,进一步改善消费环境,清除制约消费的种种障碍,使老百姓有钱可花,有钱敢花,钱花得值。从而改变我国目前高投资、低消费的经济发展格局。

To expand the domestic consumption demands actively is the focal point of economic work at present. The governments at all levels need to change their ideas on such things as making efforts to increase residents' income, accelerating the construction and perfection of the social security system, fostering the hot spot of consumption actively, rectifying the order of market economy to improve the consumption environment and remove various obstacles of restricting consumption. Thus, the populace will have money, dare to spend money and the expenditure can match the money. Consequently, the economic development structure of high investment and low consumption can be altered in our country.
