Administer the Country by Law and by Virtue under the Background of Information Network

信息网络的迅猛发展使全面建设小康社会面临着机遇和挑战,依法治国和以德治国都面临着新的问题。我们应认清形势,明确任务,建立包括信息网络法律在内的社会主义法律体系;加快信息网络思想道德体系的建设,把依法治国和以德治国很好地结合起来,为中国特色的社会主义建设增添动力。

To construct a well-off society all-sidedly is confronted with both opportunities and challenges under the circumstances of the rapid development in information and network. There also arise new problems in administering the country by law and by virtue. We should be clear about the situations and our tasks to establish socialist law system including the law of information and network. The construction of ideological and moral system in information and network industry needs to be promoted by integrating administering the country by law with administering by virtue in order to spur the socialism construction with Chinese characteristics.
