改革开放二十多年 ,我国经济持续快速增长。在带来就业迅速增长的同时 ,就业弹性呈下降态势 ,奥肯定律变异的特征明显。从内生性角度分析 ,是经济结构和就业结构调整的必然反映 ;从形成机理的角度分析 ,是就业增长质量效应与增长数量效应之间矛盾所致。

Reform and open policy have brought about a rapid and continuous economic development in our country.While there is an increase of employment opportunities,there is less room for employment in the future.From the perspective of endogenesis,it is a reflection of the adjustment of the economic and employment structures;yet from the perspective of the forming mechanism,it is the result of the contradiction between the quality and the quantity effect of the employment increase.
