树立妇女工作新理念 探讨维权工作新方法

On the Development of New Ideas of Consulting Job On Women lssues and the Exploration of New Ways to the Protection of Women's Rights and Interests

《妇女权益保障法》颁布10周年以来 ,维护妇女合法权益越来越成为人们的共识 ,在妇女就业、参政、受教育水平、健康状况、人生权利的法律保护等方面取得了一定的成就。但在经济体制转型时期 ,依法维权的实践时时遭遇新情况新问题的挑战 ,因此应树立妇女工作的新理念 :对“男女平等”的新认识、完善社会评价机制、主体意识与女性地位的互动关系等。作为高校的女工委员会应在这种新理念的指导下 ,不断研究和探索新时期维权工作的新特点、新方法 :增强责任意识 ,完善维权机制 ,实现“维权型”与“学习型”的结合。

At a moment that witnesses the 10th anniversary of the issue of the Guarantee Statues of Women's Rights & Interests, we are glad to see a common sense has been reached to protect women's rights and interests and some achievements have been made in favor of women such as improvements of job-getting, political participation, educational level, health conditions and legal defense of human rights.The economic transformation, however, has put challenges upon the practice of protecting women's rights and interests according to law. Therefore it becomes necessary to develop new ideas of women issues including the new understanding of equality between male and female, the perfection of social evaluation system and the interaction between the subject-awareness and women's status. As a college women committee, we are supposed to try our best to study and find out about new features and methods of rights and interests protection on the background of a new age, to enhance the sense of responsibility to perfect the right-and-interests protection system and to achieve consistency between learning mode and rights and interests protection.
