Analysis from a Legal Angel of the Influences Produced by Entries into the WTO on the Relations Between the Two Sides of Taiwan Straits

世界贸易组织批准了中国大陆及台湾加入WTO的申请。从法律层面看 ,两岸分别加入世界贸易组织将对会给国家统一事业带来正面的影响 ,两岸将利用加入WTO的机遇在立法方面进行更多的交流 ,同时 ,中国大陆的司法改革也将为两岸的经贸合作创造更好的环境。

The WTO has ratified China's mainland's and Taiwan's applications for their entries into the organization.This paper,from a legal angel,analyses the beneficial influences on China's reunification produced by the respective entries.The two sides of Taiwan Straits will take advantage of the opportunity to conduct more legislative exchanges.Meanwhile,judicial reforms which have been initiated by the mainland will create more favorable environment for trade and economic cooperation between the two sides of Taiwan Straits.
