As an indispensable link for realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, the system of innovation in China is mainly composed of educational innovation, theoretical innovation, systematic innovation, scientific and technological innovation and so forth. The subjective initiative of teachers, who constitute the main force in educational innovation, has an important bearing on the realization of the innovation.
