摘要
教育创新与理论创新、制度创新和科技创新等共同构成我国的创新体系 ,是实现中华民族伟大复兴的关键。作为教育创新主体的教师 ,其主观能动性发挥得如何则直接关系到教育创新的实现。广大教师应更新教育理念、不断提高师德修养、提升自身的综合素质 ,积极地、能动地实践教育创新。
As an indispensable link for realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, the system of innovation in China is mainly composed of educational innovation, theoretical innovation, systematic innovation, scientific and technological innovation and so forth. The subjective initiative of teachers, who constitute the main force in educational innovation, has an important bearing on the realization of the innovation. Therefore, it is of vital importance for all teachers in China to renew their educational ideas, constantly enhance their occupational ethics as well as comprehensive quality, so as to carry out educational innovation vigorously and actively.
