摘要
在激烈的保险市场竞争中 ,诚信是保险业存在之基础发展之灵魂 ,是“立业之本” ,是保险公司发展的核心竞争力 ,是行为规范的核心。但是 ,我国保险市场无论从监管和法律法规上还没有形成一套能够对竞争主体具有约束力的行为规范 ,保险业从业人员整体素质不高 ,严重损害了保险业的形象。因此 ,诚信立身 ,信誉立业 ,建立保险百年老店是保险公司面临的核心任务。诚信对于保险公司而言 ,更是公司精神的精髓 ,是公司核心竞争力的体现。面对入世挑战 ,保险公司应当扎扎实实地推进诚信道德建设 ,强化公司核心竞争力 ,以促进公司的持续稳健发展。
In the drastic competition of the insurance market, honesty is the basis of the existence of the insurance industry, the root of it, the spirit and driving force of its development, and the core of its action and standardization. In China's insurance market, however, there is no rules and regulations that can supervise the action and standardization of the main rivaling insurance companies. In addition, the low qualities of the insurance companies' employees tend to impair the image of the industry. Therefore, the central task being confronted with the insurance companies is to ensure continual development. Honesty establishes insurance industry; credit builds it up. To the insurance company, honesty is the essence of the company's spirit and the embodiment of its competitive power. With the entry into WTO,the insurance company must lay emphasis on the moral construction of honesty, consolidate the company's core competitive power,and accelerate the company's continual and steady development.
