论民族大学生教育平等权的具体表现

On Equal Rights of Schooling for College Students from Minority Nationalities

从教育学、法学的角度 ,从录取入学、生活补助、生活习惯、教学语言、学科设置等六个方面 ,对少数民族大学生高等教育的平等权作了论述。认为国家对民族大学生的教育倾斜和优惠政策具体体现了少数民族大学生的教育平等权。

This article is to deal with equal rights of receiving higher education for the college students from minority nationalities, in the name of pedagogy and law, involving admission, allowance, life habits, language teaching and subject planning. Our country has favorable policies on schooling minority nationality students.
