摘要
水库的形成将对天然洪水产生一定的调蓄作用 ,文章通过梯级施工洪水的计算 ,分析上游水库对下游索风营水电站的施工洪水调节及削减洪峰的程度 ,以便达到减小索风营水电站导流洞尺寸规模、节约投资和适当增加年度施工天数以缩短施工工期的目的 ;建议在索风营水电站工程建设期间 ,要加强上游东风水电站的调度运行管理 ,以及加强红枫水库的水情预报 ,以及时、准确的掌握上游水情雨情 。
Formation of a reservoir will produce a pondage action to natural flood. Calculating construction flood of cascade stations, the writer analyzes the flood regulation and cut-flood-peak level of upstream reservoir in order reduce the diversion tunnel size of Suofengying Hydropower Station, reduce expenses as well as add certain construction days during flood period and shorten whole construction period. The paper raises a propose that during construction period of Suofengying Hydropower Station, dispatching management and flow regime reporting of Hongfeng and Dongfeng reservoirs must be improved to ensure construction safety of the station.
