摘要
构皮滩水电站坝址河谷狭窄、洪水峰高量大,施工导流方案的设计是一大难题,为此对上游乌江渡水库进行了水库洪水调度研究,认为构皮滩水电站在施工期间利用乌江渡水库配合调蓄洪水,可减小导流洞规模,对缩短建设工期和减小导流洞工程投资具有重要作用,并提出了乌江渡水库"等蓄量法"的基本洪水调度方式。通过水库洪水调节计算、河道洪流演进计算及综合经济技术比较,推荐构皮滩水电站采用3条断面尺寸为15 6m×17 7m导流洞、乌江渡水库预留5 5亿m3防洪库容配合运用的施工导流方案。
The design for diversion scheme of Goupitan Hydropower Station is very difficult,because the valley in the dam site is narrow as well as peak flood is high and big.Through researching on flood dispatching of Wujiangdu Reservoir located at its upstream,it is considered that the scale of diversion tunnels of Goupitan Hydropower Station could be reduced if Wujiangdu Reservoir could dispatches and stores flood during the construction period.The paper raises a basic flood dispatch method 'equal storage method'for Wujiangdu Reservoir.Through calculating and comparison this diversion scheme is recommended that Guopitain Hydropower Station adopts three tunnels with section of 156m×177m as well as Wujiangdu Reservoir reserves capacity of 550×106 m3.
