水库淹没处理中有关政策的执行问题

Conducting of Relative Policies in Treatment of Reservoir Inundation

针对水利水电工程建设涉及的土地利用规划、水库移民淹没处理等存在的问题,结合个人长期从事水库移民工作的体会,对土地利用规划的编制提出了建议,提出了水电建设用地应分类按不同标准进行补偿的意见,并分析了各种计算生产安置人口方法的合理性。

In accordance with some problems existed in land use planning and reservoir inundation treatment,combining with own experience engaged in reservoir resettlement work,the writer raises some suggestions for drawing up land use planning,presents the opinion that the land used by hydropower construction should be classified and compensated according to different standards, as well as analyzes reasonability of various methods for calculating production resettlement population.
