摘要
通过对400m、800m、1500m的供能方式和特点及运动员的身高、体重等基本形态特征的分析,提出400m段落间歇跑这一训练方法,并建议800m运动员应兼跑400m,从而建立一个全新的体系———超长短距离跑。
This paper,through analyzing the energy-provision way of 400m,800m,1500m run and the basic form features such as weight and the height of athletes, puts forward the training method of paragraph-intermittence of 400m run,and suggest the athletes of 800m to run simultaneously 400m,so as to establish a brand-new system—the short distance of train in an excessive length.
