电化教学在体育与健康课中的运用

The Application of Audio-visual Education Programme in Physical Education and Heath Protection Lesson

在由应试教育向素质教育转变的今天,如何安排和指导学生自觉积极地参加体育活动,增进身体健康,促进全面发展,由传统模式向快乐体育转换,是目前学校体育工作的关键。笔者认为加强体育健康课的电化教学对于培养、提高学生的运动兴趣,促进运动技术、技能的形成,养成良好的锻炼习惯,进行思想品德教育是一种有效的方法。

Nowadays,during the change from examination education to quality education,how to arrange and guide students to join in the sports activities keenly and consciously,how to promote their health and all-round development,to transfer from traditions model to happy P.E. are the keys in the school P.E.work.In my opinion,reinforcing the application of audio-visual education programme in P.E.and Health Protection Lesson is of importance.It is effective in four aspects:cultivate and develop students'sports interests,advance the formation of the sports technology and skills,make students form good sports habits, educate students'ideology and moral characters.
