运动诱导的骨骼肌细胞中IL-6作用的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 运动导致了骨骼肌细胞中IL-6表达并且解释了运动中血浆IL-6浓度增加的原因。虽然我们还不能确定IL-6的准确作用,但是研究支持了释放入血浆中IL-6充作激素样效应的假说,介导了运动过程中底物调节。另外,运动诱导的IL-6介导了免疫调节和抗炎性效应。因此,运动导致的骨骼肌细胞中IL-6的表达具有重要的生物学作用。 Exercise-induced IL-6 expressing with skeletal muscle cell can account for the exercise-induced increasing in plasma IL-6.Although we have not yet determined the precise role of IL-6,study supports the hypothesis that the role of IL-6 released from contracting muscle during exercise is to act in a hormone-like effect.In addition,exercise-induced IL-6 mediates immune-regulatory and anti-inflammatory effect.Hence,exercise-induced IL-6 in skeletal muscle cell may play an important biological role.
