In order to improve students professional ability which is the key to the reform of higher professional education, Yellow River Conservancy Technical Institute probes into the establishment of the practice base which is vital to higher professional practice education for the Water Conservancy & Hydroelectric Power Engineering under the guidance of the principle which embodies the combination of the essential knowledge and professional knowledge unit and the whole, authentic test and stimulate test,practice and education,hardware building and software building.
