职业教育发展问题的几点思考

在职业教育发展进程中,遇到了一系列的问题,诸如办学条件、师资队伍建设、课程体系、毕业生就业等。要解决以上矛盾,必须多渠道筹措经费,增加职业教育的投入;加强师资队伍建设,培养“双师型”教师;深化课程改革,加强实践教学;推行就业准入制度,拓宽毕业生就业渠道。

In the course of the development of vocational education,there lies series of problems, such as the conditions of schooling, the construction of teacher resources, the system of the courses and the employment of graduates, ata.Measures should be taken to solue the problems mentioned above by the fund raising by all means,the enhancement of the teacher resources,the training of 'double type' teachers, the deepening of course refornwpactcal teaching and the application of employment admittance system etc.
