Istitutional Reform' s Achievements,problems and Tacticses in State-owned Enterprises

伴随着经济体制改革的进程,国有企业改革取得了明显的制度成就,但是从建立现代企业制度的角度上看,改革后的 国有企业仍然存在一系列的制度缺陷。因此,必须通过继续推进政企分开,重组企业产权制度,完善企业治理结构,创新企业管理制 度,才能实现国有企业改革建立现代企业制度的目标。

In the process of economic system reform, stateowned enterprises' reform have been obvious institutional achievements,but seeing from building system of modern enterprise, state-owned enterprises have existed a series of institutional drawbacks. We should success promoting seperation of government from enterprise, recombinate property lighters of enterprise, perfect governace mechanisms of enterprise, and innovate enterprise' s management system, then we can avhieve the goal of establishing modern enterprise system in stateowned enterprises.
