论高校档案管理人员应具备的素质

On the Qualities of File-managing Staff in Universities

提出高校档案管理工作人员应具备的基本素质,包括政治思想、职业道德、知识能力等素质,和应树立的新的思想意 识即改革开放意识、科技意识、经营效益意识、服务意识和法律意识等,以及提高档案管理人员素质的具体方法和途径。

This article claims that File-managing staff in universities should be well-equipped with high qualities in terms of political stance, professional moral and knowledge structures among others,and with the modern ideologies and awareness of reforming and opening-up, of science and technology, of management efficiency, of service and law and so on. Some concrete methods and approaches are discussed in the present paper on the improvement of such qualities for the file-managing staff.
